OUR PROCESS
At TFQ, we pride ourselves on offering architectural services to clients which are clear, honest and concise. We want to make your decision-making as simple as possible, so we have prepared a personalised fee proposal to reflect the work we think will be required for you project based on your brief.
Broken down into 8 stages, the fee proposals cover the stages of the ‘RIBA Plan of Works’ which outlines the process all projects should follow, and as a Chartered Practice with the RIBA, it is important that we follow this Plan of Works when providing a full service.
We can provide a full service in accordance with the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) involving all stages from initial sketch design, detailed designs, Planning Application, Building Regulations Application, Construction Drawings as well as tender and Contract Administration.
