The proposals include some considerable changes to the existing footprint, allowing for a new dedicated hobby-room below ground level, as well as a stunning new terrace to maximise views across the garden. The new extension will allow for a large, open plan kitchen and dining area, with lots of natural light throughout, thanks to the gable-end glazing.
