TFQ were appointed to oversee the redesign of this site, originally containing two indoor tennis courts, into a 55 bedroom hotel.

Using clever space planning and a little outside-the-box thinking, large amounts of accommodation were achieved within a relatively small site. Including the 55 rooms, a bar, restaurant and conference room, as well as a Motorsport Museum for F1 Champion Nigel Mansell.

The design was across 3 stories, with a large glazed atrium roof within.
