We worked closely with our client to transform an unused city-centre site into a stunning family home. 

It features a contemporary design with use of an industrial colour palette with bold, exciting yet functional shapes on the exterior, complemented with an interior which balances light, bright and open spaces with deeply textured finishes such as natural stones, burnished brass and polished plaster walls.

The landscaping on the project was also designed by TFQ, featuring a show stopping freshwater swimming pool with adjoining lily pond, separated by a impressive contrasting monolithic stone slab.

The outdoor area contrasts organic materials like stones, water and shrubbery, with overtly manmade, linear forms to provide a real contrast, resulting in an eye catching and visually exciting haven to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city in a modern yet relaxing atmosphere.

The project was completed over a 24 month programme, from ground works to completion. We worked closely with the build team to ensure a smooth process, with high attention to detail throughout, resulting in a high specification, high quality end result.
