TFQ were appointed to design a new race building comprising of a hospitality facility and driver briefing rooms for The Mansell Raceway, which since its founding by Formula One Champion Nigel Mansell, has become a landmark attraction for racing enthusiasts and people looking for a great day out.

The facility, due to planning constraints, was to be agricultural in design, to ensure it inkeeps with the surrounding area due to its location within an AONB.
