TFQ were approached by Tidewater Homes to design, develop and oversee this development of five exceptionally high quality houses in the heart of Woodbury, an idyllic village in East Devon which set it in an ideal location for a variety of potential owners, with quick access to Exeter, as well as being a stones throw from the waves at Exmouth, and the heathland of Woodbury Common. 

The houses are tastefully designed with red brick, render and natural slate roofs. A traditional house design with a contemporary finish and one that will last for generations. The properties are nestled within beautifully landscaped, spacious grounds along their private road and several of the properties have detached gararges.

With high specification both inside and out, the development will no doubt be a peaceful and enjoyable community for residents, with spacious gardens, light and open kitchen areas, comfortable lounge spaces and generous driveways with additional garage space.

The project was completed in 2022, with all of the properties now occupied with very happy owners.

After the successful development of five houses TFQ were subsequently instructed with an additional brief for three homes on the adjoining site.
