Condition Improvement Fund (CIF)
What is it?
The condition improvement fund (CIF) is a funding scheme established and offered by the ESFA (Education and Skills Funding Agency) which runs via a bidding process, open to Academies and Multi-Academy Trusts.
Its principle function is to ensure that teaching facilities are to a good standard of condition, meeting regulations and are a safe and enjoyable place for learning.
The application process runs annually, with bids typically needing to be entered at the latter stages of the year (October to December).
We work closely with schools to guide them to a successful application, from initial feasibility through to the project management and contract administration. We are a partner with you to help you achieve the facilities your school or college needs.
