TFQ were appointed to design a new apartment block in Sidmouth for a Private Developer. 

We originally proposed a new, modern style development which consisted of 8 apartments, However, due to planning considerations, a more traditional design was requested by the planning officers due to the projects positioning in the centre of Sidmouth.

TFQ adapted and redesigned the scheme in line with this requirement and the end result is 8 new high-specification, spacious apartments with a stunning penthouse suite with views across the local green space.

It is a fantastic addition to the area and offers high quality housing, whilst offering a sound investment for our client.
