The proposed development at Pynes farm was designed to reflect the form of a traditional farmstead. Due to its rural nature, a functional form was needed, so buildings of varying heights were proposed.

The intention with this design concept was to evoke and reinterpret a seemingly informal arrangement of structures as would be expected in an agricultural property/farm yard but contain with in this form, a contemporary housing scheme.

The proposal totalled 10 dwellings with 100m2 of dedicated children's play area surrounded by green infrastructure.

Planning permission was approved in April 2021.
