TFQ were appointed to design the conversion of Grade II listed agricultural premises into multiple dwellings as part of a care facility.

The eleven new houses are a blend of one and two-bedroomed single storey houses designed around three courtyards, with two larger three-bedroomed detached houses converted from a barn and the Engine House. 

All have been sympathetically built to an exceptionally high standard and compliment the architectural quality and heritage of the Grade 2* Listed Nynehead Court Estate.
