The original buildings at Luxborough Farm date back to the Sixteenth Century and have been developed during the Seventeenth Century and again an extension to the farmhouse dates back to the Twentieth Century. 

TFQ were appointed to design a new atrium entrance space in the listed property. Using our expertise of the planning process, we guided our client through the challenging task of listed property development.

The end result is a fantastic glazed atrium space with stunning oak framework built by master craftsmen and a feature glazed staircase. The new features complement the existing property beautifully yet sensitively, offering a light and spacious area within a property which is typically dark due to the small window featured on many period properties, due to the lack of complicated production techniques we are blessed with today.
