Situated on the renowned, unspoilt Lizard Peninsula close to the beautiful sailing waters of the Helford River, overlooking stunning Kennack Sands beach and towards the dramatic coastline of the Lizard Point, TFQ oversaw the demolition of existing buildings and design and implementation of a fantastic new development.

This collection of 8 spacious apartments was undertaken with a Private Developer and TFQ were appointed to provide initial design, planning drawings and building regulations drawings. 

We have since been appointed to work on a further set of properties on the site for this developer, we build fantastic relationships with our clients and offer a service tailored to them and their project to ensure they have everything they need for a successful development. 

The design itself utilises local materials including Green Oak and Local Stones to offer a design inspired by a barn house to replace the existing properties on the site which included a derelict building and pub.
