This collection of 3 houses and 6 flats sits on the historic site of Royal Williams Yard in Plymouth.

Being a Heritage site, the design had to be utterly respectful of the surroundings. With this in mind, our proposals featured elements of traditional naval yards and docklands with smaller windows than would otherwise be specified and brick/stone wall construction.

The materials used are of high quality, built to last, just as the ships that sailed from Plymouth were.
