Part II Architectural Assistant
We are looking for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join our team in the beautiful Devon town of Topsham. With a riverside office, ample parking and excellent amenities, its the perfect spot to work.

This is a full time role and is office based, whilst we offer some flexibility, we think that an office culture is important to teamwork so you will be expected to be based from the office.

-Assisting with all elements of the RIBA plan of works.
Including but not limited to:
-Creating design schemes, concepts and content for projects.
-Producing information suitable for planning applications.
-Liaising with clients to achieve design goals.
-Creating SketchUP models and visualisations.
Responsibilities:
-RIBA qualified Part 2 Architectural Assistant
-Experience operating upon RIBA stages 1-5
-Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
-Strong design and technical detailing skills
-Proficiency with AutoCAD
-Proficieny with Sketchup/Adobe Suite Preferable
-Willingness to learn and develop
-Excellent communication skills
-Excellent self presentation to portray the business in the most positive light.
