South West Communications, Exeter

The first project undertaken at South West Communications head office in Exeter was to provide a two storey extension of approximately 570 sqm to extend their office capacity and provide a dedicated area for their data hosting services. The extension was specifically designed to integrate with the original building constructed in 1997 and provide a cohesive building. 

A few years later, a first floor extension was constructed over the existing external plant equipment to provide a specialised area to house additional plant and equipment to ensure that data hosting department was never compromised. Although purely used for equipment the structure was integrated with the rest of the offices.
