The project provided approximately 1500 sqm. of new educational facilities with associated refurbishment works of the existing buildings and external works, with a construction build cost of £3.4 million.
The project was undertaken to a tight programme to meet the education curriculum, with planning permission granted in January 2008, construction commenced on site in July 2008, and completed ready for occupation in September 2009.
