The design is that of a traditional ‘Arts and Crafts’ Lodge House and complements the listed Manor House as designed by the Victorian architect George Devey.
Local and traditional materials were used in the construction of the 3 bedroom house, including stone work, clay roof and wall tiling, timber windows and a decorative brick chimney matching the original one.
