Woodbury Park Hotel and Golf Club, Woodbury

The project involved the conversion of two indoor tennis courts within the leisure centre at Woodbury Park Golf Club to provide a luxury hotel with ancillary conference facilities. The accommodation comprises 55 en-suite bedrooms, two conference rooms, an atrium restaurant with a separate bar area, retail facilities, and a Formula 1 racing display area for Nigel Mansell’s collection of F1 cars and trophies.

The project needed careful design to squeeze three levels of accommodation, with all the ancillary services to provide all the hotel facilities inside the existing structure for two tennis courts as no extensions would be permitted by the Council.
