The project comprised the construction of eight houses, three apartments and a coach-house on a waterfront site in Plymouth adjacent to The Historical Royal William Yard, and with panoramic views across the water to the entrance of the River Tamar and Mayflower Marina.
The development was located in a run-down area of Stonehouse, in Plymouth, so the scheme design incorporated various aspects to provide a secure environment for the residents but still maintained full access to views of the waterfront. Stonehouse is now being improved with European Initiative Grants and the conversion of the Royal William Yard to provide a better quality and safer environment.
