The project provided approximately 500 sqm. of additional accommodation to the small village school, with a construction build cost of £1.35 million, with the project completed in March 2009.
The design had to be appropriate for modern education needs, whilst being sympathetic to the listed School House as well as the Conservation Area and ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ in which it is set.
