The project involved the conversion of the redundant Queens Hotel in Victoria Parade, Torquay into a residential development of eight prestigious waterfront apartments in the main building facing the harbour, with nineteen smaller 1 & 2 bedroom apartments in the ancillary accommodation at the rear of the former hotel.
Although the building was in a very poor state, in accordance with the Council’s desire, the original 1930s ‘Art Deco’ hotel façade has been totally refurbished to maintain the original design features.
