Nynehead Court, Wellington

The project includes alterations and extensions to existing Grade II Listed stable buildings at Nynehead Court in Wellington to form six close care apartments with associated communal areas for The Stepping Stone Group. The work includes creating single and double bedroom apartments within either the existing stable structures or new build additions, with all work completed in accordance with DDA regulations.

The initial work with an estimated build cost of £1 million, will be the first phase on the redevelopment of the site, and expected to commence on site 2009 / 2010.
